Work closely with non-verbal pupils and children with complex needs.
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils.
Help create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Support pupils' emotional wellbeing, communication and academic progress.
Encourage pupils to develop confidence and independence.
Work collaboratively with teachers and other members of staff.

A Psychology graduate with a strong interest in child development and additional needs.
Patient, caring, nurturing and reliable.
Experienced in supporting children with SEN and additional needs.
Experienced working with non-verbal pupils and/or children with complex needs.
Confident providing 1:1 and small-group support.
A strong communicator and effective team player.
Flexible, dependable and able to adapt to individual pupils' needs.
