Psychology Graduate - Teaching Assistant - Full-Time Role Starting January 2026 in Blackburn (Primary School)
An Ofsted-rated Outstanding primary school in Blackburn is seeking a motivated Psychology Graduate - Teaching Assistant to join their team in January 2026. This role continues until July, with a strong likelihood of extension into September 2026.
About the Role:
You will support teaching and learning across the school by:
Assisting with lesson preparation and delivery
Providing small group and 1:1 academic support
Giving constructive feedback to help pupils make progress
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
