We are currently working closely with a primary school and a secondary school in Berkshire to place Psychology graduates into rewarding SEN Teaching Assistant roles—perfect for those considering a future in teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students across curriculum, both one-on-one and in small groups
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
* Help manage classroom behaviour and contribute to a positive learning environment
* Support students’ social, emotional, and communication development to help them engage fully in school life.
* Gain first-hand experience of life in a classroom and insight into teaching as a career
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a degree in Psychology or a related subject.
* A genuine passion for working with children with Special Educational Needs.
* Demonstrates strong communication, patience, and adaptability
* Is available for full-time work during school hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm)
* Has the right to work in the UK and lives in or near Berkshire
* Has, or is willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check
