Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and forward-thinking team in an outstanding school in central Bristol. As a Psychology Graduate TA, you will: Support students aged 11–16 across a range of subjects, with a focus on emotional, behavioural, or learning needs Work 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils access the curriculum Collaborate with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to implement strategies for engagement and progress Contribute to creating a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment Gain insight into child and adolescent development, special educational needs (SEN), and classroom strategies Ideal Candidate Will Have: A degree in Psychology (or final-year students graduating this summer) A genuine interest in working with young people in an educational setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Patience, resilience, and a positive, flexible attitude Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential) Benefits of working through Teaching Personnel: Control your own working diary – we can find you work at daily supply, long-term and permanent jobs in primary, secondary and special needs schools right across the country.
