Location: Camden (NW1) - conveniently accessible from Euston, King's Cross, Mornington Crescent, Somers Town
Pay: £90-£105 per day (depending on experience)

We are looking for a caring and reflective Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to work within the school's SEN support team. You'll use your understanding of cognitive, emotional, and social development to support pupils with SEN in their learning and emotional wellbeing.
The Role
Work alongside teachers and SEN staff to deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions, grounded in psychological insight and SEN strategies.
Build trusting relationships, adapting learning to support pupils with diverse needs, including those with language barriers and learning differences.
Contribute to a values-led classroom culture by promoting emotional regulation, empathy, and inclusive behaviour.
Use strong observation skills to monitor progress and share insights for impact-focused Individual Learning Plans.
Support oral language development, especially for pupils with English as an Additional Language (EAL), in line with the school's focus on oracy and communication
Help maintain calm, confident routines using an approach that values equity, respect, and student wellbeing.Ideal Candidate
Graduated in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
At least some experience supporting pupils with SEN, preferably in a primary or EYFS setting.
Empathetic, reflective, and skilled in using positive support strategies for behaviour and engagement.
A clear communicator with strong observation and collaboration skills.
