Psychology Graduates - Multiple Teaching Assistant Opportunities
Folkestone & Surrounding Locations
Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 3:30pm | £88 - £90 per day
Are you a Psychology Graduate looking to begin a rewarding career in education?
Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking multiple Psychology Graduates to work as Teaching Assistants in schools across Folkestone and surrounding areas. These full-time roles involve supporting secondary-aged students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and helping them to thrive in an inclusive learning environment.
You'll be assisting teachers in delivering tailored educational support, managing classroom behaviour, and playing a key role in pupils' academic and personal development.

Who We're Looking For:
Psychology graduates with a passion for working with children and young people
Experience with or interest in working with individuals with SEND, especially PMLD, is desirable
Comfortable providing personal care (toileting and feeding) where necessary
Strong communication, patience, and a nurturing approach
Legal right to work in the UK
Willingness to complete necessary background checks, including an Enhanced Child-Only DBS (we can support your application)
