Psychology Graduates Needed - Learning Support Assistant Roles
Alternative Provisions & Pupil Referral Units | Teesside | Mon-Fri 08:00-16:00
Empowering Learning are actively seeking passionate and resilient Psychology graduates to become Learning Support Assistants in Alternative Provisions and Pupil Referral Units (PRUs) across the Teesside area.
These specialist roles are incredibly rewarding yet challenging, working closely with students who have experienced complex trauma and attachment difficulties. The young people we support require someone who is empathetic and patient-someone who understands that behaviour is a form of expressive communication.

What We're Looking For:
Psychology graduates (or related fields) passionate about behaviour, trauma, and mental health
Individuals who can offer resilience, understanding, and commitment
People who are open to learning and want to grow professionally in this environment
