Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and inspiring Psychology Teacher to join a thriving and forward-thinking Social Sciences department at a highly regarded secondary school in Derby. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in September 2025, teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5 (GCSE and A-Level). A Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) may be available for the right candidate.

We Are Looking For a Teacher Who:

Holds a degree in Psychology or a closely related subject

Possesses QTS or PGCE
*
Can deliver high-quality Psychology lessons at KS4 and KS5

Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for Psychology
*
Demonstrates excellent communication, planning, and classroom management skills
*
Enjoys working collaboratively and contributes positively to school life
