Responsibilities As a Cable Puller, your primary duties will include:
Pulling and laying cables in accordance with project specifications.
Delivering materials to designated locations on-site.
Assisting with trackbed clearing and ensuring the work area is safe and organized.
Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations at all times.Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Possession of a valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) Card.
Previous experience in cable pulling or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
A proactive attitude and commitment to workplace safety.Day-to-Day Your typical day will involve:
Reporting to the site supervisor for daily briefings and task assignments.
Pulling cables and delivering materials as per project needs.
Clearing trackbeds and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Working an 8-hour shift while being compensated for 10 hours of pay.
