Job Title: Resident Liaison Administrator

The Role
We’re looking for an organised and people-focused team member to support our project in Salisbury by acting as a key link between Doocey Group and local residents.
This role is vital to the smooth running of the project and will involve face-to-face communication with residents living on site, to help us book and confirm home access appointments for the electric switchover dates. You’ll be working closely with our site team to ensure we’re meeting project deadlines and maintaining strong relationships with the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Doorto-door engagement with homeowners to arrange appointment times for their electric service to be transferred onto the new network
* Record keeping of which households have booked meetings, including dates and times
* Followup reminders (in person or by phone) to confirm appointments and minimise missed meetings
* Provide regular updates to the site teams on progress, any issues to the raised Project Manager
* Help build and maintain a positive relationship between Doocey Group and the local community
* Follow up with residents once works have been completed at their property
What We’re Looking For:
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Organised and reliable, with a methodical approach to tracking appointments
* Comfortable working independently and faceto-face with members of the public
* Previous experience in customer service or resident liaison is a plus, but not essential
