Pupil Engagement Officer – Chepstow Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them succeed both in school and in the community? Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated Pupil Engagement Officer to join a dynamic specialist education service in Chepstow, working with pupils who have social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. This rewarding role involves supporting children and young people who are unable to attend mainstream school. You’ll help pupils rebuild confidence, improve attendance, and rediscover a love of learning through positive relationships, tailored support, and engaging activities. Role details Location: Chepstow Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (no weekends) Pay: £444.60 to £624.90 per week Full-time and part-time roles available You will need a driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as the role involves travel between school and community sites. Travel expenses are covered. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone energetic, caring, and committed to making a real difference. Experience working with young people is helpful, but your enthusiasm, empathy, and dedication are what really matter.
