Job Description

Purchase Ledger Administrator £26,000 - £27,000 Per Annum Leicester, LE4   We have an exciting new opportunity for an administrator to join an established and prestigious client based in Leicester, LE4. We are looking for an organised and IT literate individual to provide administrative support. You will be working with a friendly and supportive team. The role will be predominantly processing orders and invoicing, however there will be support required with other admin duties within the office. You will be highly organised and be able to communicate effectively on the phone and via email, so will be required to have a good level of spoken and written English. Attention to detail is essential to ensure accurate logging of information on to the systems. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 08:00am – 17:00pm and Friday 08:00am – 16:00pm.   Duties & Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls Processing orders Raising Invoices Responding to emails Logging accurate data Managing queries effectively General admin duties Requirements: Must have a good level of IT skills Experience of invoicing and purchase ledger duties Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise workloads Attention to detail Days/Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 08:00am -17:00pm Friday 08:00am – 16:00pm   Rate of Pay/Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per Annum     In return: You will received a competitive salary, ongoing training and contributory pension scheme.
