With a minimum of 2 years experience, this is a role that will be central to the processing of invoicing across the companies client base. Duties:
* Processing of supplier invoices
* Reconciling supplier accounts and statement
* Sending remittance advices to suppliers
* Assist with bank reconciliation process
* Preparing the weekly payment run
* Checking and processing staff expenses
* Checking and matching delivery notes
* Ad-hoc analysis as and when the business requires
Person Spec:
* Excellent team player
* Excel to a good level
