Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Birmingham based client in their search for a Purchase Ledger Officer to join them on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading business, whilst playing an integral role within a successful team. This position offers hybrid working upon completion of training.
Daily duties and experience required includes:
* Experience working within a fast paced AP environment
* Accurately processing purchase invoices
* Overseeing employee expenses
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Processing payment runs
* Supporting with month end
* Ensuring VAT is accurately administered to invoices
* Confider user of Excel
* Query resolution
