Thanks to continued business growth, we’re excited to welcome a Purchasing Assistant to our small and dedicated team.

The Role

As our Purchasing Assistant, you’ll play a key part in ensuring production runs smoothly by supporting our buying and procurement processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  * Raising and expediting purchase orders

  * Requesting supplier quotes and checking invoices for accuracy

  * Communicating with suppliers and keeping internal teams updated on delivery dates

  * Supporting the wider admin and purchasing functions as needed

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  * Confident in purchasing or buying processes (minimum 1 year experience required)

  * Organised, proactive, and able to communicate well

  * Comfortable working in a small team environment

  * Experienced in manufacturing (desirable but not essential)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm
