Purchasing Co-Ordinator – Contract Role Contract: Full-Time | 37.5 Hours per Week Salary: £32,000–£33,000 per annum A well-established manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Purchasing Co-Ordinator / Administrator to join on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and is comfortable handling multiple tasks across procurement and administration. Role Overview: You will play a key part in supporting day-to-day purchasing operations, ensuring procurement processes run efficiently and documentation is maintained to high standards. The role involves regular communication with suppliers and internal teams to support wider supply chain functions. Key Responsibilities: Raise and process purchase orders Monitor delivery schedules and maintain supplier records Resolve queries with vendors regarding orders and documentation Assist with contract administration and compliance tracking Support reporting functions and maintain procurement databases Candidate Profile: Demonstrable experience in purchasing or administrative support within a manufacturing environment Strong proficiency in SAP is essential Highly organised, analytical, and detail-focused Skilled in Microsoft Office and procurement systems Available to begin immediately and commit for the full contract period.
