Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee the full procurement cycle for beef, lamb, and poultry products.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, traceability and reliability.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to drive efficiency.
Monitor and forecast demand trends to optimise inventory and minimise waste.
Support the growth of B2B client relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
What Experience is Required
Proven experience in meat procurement, with specific knowledge of halal meats.
A background in B2B sales, with a strong record of developing client relationships.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
