Job Description
CK Group are recruiting for a Purification Shift Technician to join a global animal health company near Pirbright on a permanent basis.
This role requires flexibility, including weekend shift cover, and collaboration across departments.
Purification Technician Role:
Operate and maintain process plant equipment according to standard operating procedures
Manufacture purified antigens for FMD and BTV vaccines efficiently and cost-effectively, meeting all HSE, GMP, and biosecurity standards
Conduct laboratory tests throughout the production process, recording findings accurately
Document deviations and investigations, liaising with QA as needed
Perform aseptic manipulations of productsYour Background:
Experience in pharmaceutical production
STrong IT skills
Ability to work autonomously, safely, and methodically
Experience with industrial-scale manufacturing
Problem-solving mindsetCompany:
