The Role: Global Account Success Manager
We are currently seeking a Global Account Success Manager to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organisation in the energy and industrial sectors, contributing to strategic account growth, customer satisfaction, and global business development.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across strategic global accounts.
Develop and execute tailored customer success plans with clear goals and milestones.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities by understanding customer operations and challenges.
Monitor account performance and satisfaction through dashboards and data analysis.
Advocate for customer needs and gather feedback to inform product and service improvements.
Support strategic marketing and competitive intelligence efforts to enhance offering differentiation.
Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years in customer success, sales, or account management roles, ideally in energy, industrial, or utility sectors.
Based in Europe and have european working rights
Must have excellent comand of Verbal and written English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Proven track record of driving account growth and customer satisfaction.
Experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools.
Analytical, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
