Job Description

Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in Quality Assurance and testing, with a strong focus on SAP applications. * Demonstrable experience specifically with SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as: * Employee Central (EC) * Recruiting (RCM) * Onboarding (ONB) * Performance & Goals (PM/GM) * Learning Management System (LMS) * Compensation (COMP) * Succession & Development (SCD) * Solid understanding of HR business processes and how they are supported by SAP SuccessFactors * Develop comprehensive test cases based on requirements. * Design and execute various types of testing, including functional, regression & integration testing. * Execute test cases, record results, and document defects accurately and thoroughly. * Perform root cause analysis for identified defects and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution. * Previous experience of automation using TOSCA * A minimum of Level 2 certification in TOSCA
