QA / Compliance Manager – Façade Remediation
£60,000 – £75,000 + Package
London Office & Site-Based
An established £150M main contractor is seeking an experienced QA / Compliance Manager to join its expanding Façade Remediation Division. Specialising in both refurbishment and new build projects, the company delivers high-quality construction solutions from design through to completion, with a strong footprint across London and the surrounding regions.
Following sustained growth and a significant pipeline of façade safety works, the business is investing in a specialist team to deliver high-rise and complex remediation projects in line with the latest safety and regulatory frameworks.
This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape quality and compliance standards at the heart of a growing division focused on delivering safe, sustainable, and fully compliant buildings.
Key Responsibilities
*
Manage and oversee QA and compliance across multiple façade remediation projects
*
Ensure full alignment with the Gateway Process (Gateways 1–3) and Building Safety Regulations (BSR)
*
Develop, implement and maintain robust quality management systems and documentation
*
Coordinate audits, inspections, and third-party reviews across design and delivery phases
*
Act as the primary point of contact for BSR compliance, reporting regularly to senior leadership
*
Collaborate with design managers, site teams, and external consultants to embed QA best practices
*
Support internal training and awareness on regulatory changes and compliance protocols
Candidate Requirements
*
Proven track record in a QA or Compliance role within the construction industry
*
Specific experience in façade remediation or complex external envelope works
*
Essential knowledge of the Gateway Process and BSR compliance requirements
*
Experience on high-rise residential, refurbishment, or remediation projects
*
Strong documentation, auditing and reporting skills
*
Able to work across both site and office environments (London-based)
Salary + Benefits

Competitive salary between £60,000 – £75,000 depending on experience
