Job Description
Anderson Knight is recruiting a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Coordinator to support our client based in Glasgow on an 18 Month FTC, this could turn into a permanent position for the right candidate.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a quality-driven environment, focusing on the preparation, management, and delivery of documentation to meet customer and operational requirements.
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Mon–Thurs), 8:00am – 2:00pm (Fri)
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £25,000-£30,000
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collate and manage quality documentation in accordance with client requirements and specifications.
• Accurately record all correspondence with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely submission of welder qualification prolongations to relevant personnel.
• Deliver documentation packages to clients and internal departments within required timeframes.
• Amend documentation packs in line with customer requests, where appropriate.
• Monitor and ensure machinery and inspection equipment remain within calibration status.
• Log all documentation accurately into the company’s ERP system.
• Provide customer support when required, under management guidance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Comply with all company procedures, quality standards, and HSE policies.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise across various teams and departments.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Good IT proficiency, including experience using ERP systems.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and proactive team player.
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental responsibilities in a workplace setting.
