Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products by implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes. This position requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of HACCP principles to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Duties
* Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
* Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and product quality.
* Analyse data from quality tests and inspections to identify trends and areas for corrective action.
* Prepare detailed reports on quality findings and present them to management.
* Assist in training staff on quality assurance practices and HACCP guidelines.
* Participate in audits and inspections as required, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within a manufacturing or food production environment.
* Strong understanding of HACCP principles and their application in quality assurance processes.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
