Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive quality assurance strategy.
Identify and escalate risks to senior managers and boards.
Support the pending CQC inspection.
Lead and manage the quality assurance team.
Co-ordinate and lead provider failure processes with the support of the Head of Services.
Person Specification
Experience in quality monitoring on data platforms is desirable.
Knowledge of contract management and care provider market oversight is advantageous.
Familiarity with co-production is beneficial.
