Job Description
We are seeking a proactive QA Manager to oversee and optimise the implementation of our new Business Management system across the organisation. This role will be pivotal in ensuring quality standards, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through comprehensive monitoring, enforcement, and staff development.
The ideal candidate will conduct regular site audits to verify proper job setup and procedural adherence, while collaborating with managers to implement corrective actions. This position requires a holistic approach to quality assurance, working across all departments to establish consistent standards, identify improvement opportunities, and drive company-wide excellence.
* Oversee, monitor and maintain Project’s QA procedure and documentation. Ensure all operatives follow the project QA plan.
* Implementation of new or updated QA procedures via regular periodic audit and inspections. This should comprise both internal and site based audits.
* To verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the relevant ER’s, specification and design drgs applicable for each project.
* To monitor and develop company QA procedures and processes aligned with ISO14001 and ISO 9001.
* Review and comment on the MC QAITP procedures and requirements.
* Review specified system specification to prepare and submit project specific Inspection Test Plan’s aligned with the specified system manufacturer requirements and good building practices.
* Liaise with both main contractor and internal site personnel to resolve and address any comments in relation to the ITP’s ensuring alignment with the project RAMS and the MC QAITP procedures and requirements to approval and sign off.
* Review of company and departmental procedures to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
* Distribution, collating and monitoring of the project specific QA and ITP documentation – this includes storage / retention of the approved, signed and completed documentation upon completion of each of the various stages in line with file structureBefore You Apply
