Are you ready to take the lead in driving food safety standards, influencing key stakeholders, and uniting teams across a 24/7 operation?
The business:
A well established food manufacturing site supplying products to major UK retailers. The business is quality led, commercially driven, and continually investing in people and operations.
Your role:
As QA Manager, you’ll lead the quality assurance function across a complex 24/7 operation. Working closely with Operations, you’ll ensure compliance to food safety standards, drive continuous improvement, and influence teams to work collaboratively across shifts. You'll play a hands on role in shaping the QA culture, holding others to account and helping to create a “one team” approach across the site.

Your experience:
Proven experience in food manufacturing.
Experience working with UK retailers.
Strong understanding of BRC and food safety systems
Resilient, curious and solutions focused comfortable making decisions under pressure
A confident leader who knows how to engage and develop others.
