QA/QC Manager – Data Centre Project – Finland
An international contractor delivering major hyperscale data centre projects across the Nordics is seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control activities on a high-profile project in Finland.
This is a full-time, site-based position for a quality-focused professional with a strong background in construction and technical compliance, ideally within the mission-critical or large-scale industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across all project phases, ensuring alignment with international standards and client requirements.
* Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reporting on quality performance, while proactively identifying and resolving non-conformances.
* Develop and maintain project-specific quality plans, ITPs, and QA/QC documentation in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
* Work closely with construction, commissioning, and safety teams to ensure integrated, compliant delivery of services.
* Coordinate third-party inspections and interface with client representatives during quality walkthroughs.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process refinement across project teams.
Candidate Profile:
* Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of QA/QC leadership in construction, preferably on data centre or high-spec builds.
* In-depth understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, EN 50600, TIA 942, and European building compliance standards.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Finnish or prior Nordics experience is a plus.
* EU passport or valid right to work in Finland required.
