QA/QC Manager – Residential Projects (Cork)
Rate: €400 per day
Location: Cork
Type: Long-Term Contract
A Tier 1 Irish contractor with a strong reputation for delivering major residential and mixed-use developments is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join their Cork team. The company is known for high-spec delivery, excellent site standards, and a stable project pipeline across the region.
You will oversee quality control across all phases of construction, ensuring compliance with design, building regulations, and company standards on large-scale residential schemes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all QA/QC processes for residential builds
* Implement and maintain project quality plans
* Conduct inspections, audits, and snag management
* Review drawings, specifications, and method statements
* Work closely with site management and subcontractors
* Ensure full compliance with BCAR, ISO standards, and building regs
* Produce quality reports and support sign-off / handover processes
Requirements
* 5+ years’ QA/QC experience (residential or commercial)
* Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and quality processes
* Excellent documentation, organisation, and communication skills
* Ability to manage quality across multiple blocks/phasesBefore You Apply
