QA Shift Lead – 12-month FTC – shift based 12hr shifts days and nights over 7 days ; Merseyside, c£30,000 + 25% shift premium
Overview: Your opportunity to work for a leading food manufacturer in the position of a QA Shift Lead on a 12-month FTC.
About You:
* Experience working as a Quality Assurance Lead, you will also need experience of working in a UK food manufacturer.
* HACCP level 3
* Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
* You will be proficient in all Microsoft packages.
What will you be doing?
* Responsible for all quality and food safety in line with the customers on shift
* Ensure that all Quality Assurance procedures are captured and dealt with on shift
* Lead and coach production staff to ensure they adhere to quality standards
* Carry out audits in line with the audit schedules closing out all audit non-conformances raised.
* Cover out of office crisis situations
