Quality Assurance Technician – Food Manufacturing
Competitive Salary | Full-Time | Permanent | Day Shift
Are you passionate about product quality and food safety? A dynamic and growing food manufacturing business is looking for a proactive Quality Assurance Technician to join its on-site team. The company prides itself on delivering innovative, high-quality products for a diverse client base.
As a key member of the Quality team, you will support the maintenance and improvement of quality control systems to ensure products remain safe, legal, and compliant with customer and industry expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership in a hands-on QA role within a fast-paced food production.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor production processes to ensure quality checks are understood, implemented, and maintained.
*
Support and educate production staff on quality standards and compliance at each stage of production.
*
Highlight quality issues, assist in root cause analysis, and help implement corrective actions.
*
Develop and maintain Quality Attribute Sheets and cleaning instructions.
*
Carry out GMP audits, allergen monitoring, and daily/weekly QA checks.
What You'll Need:

Sound knowledge of food hygiene, GMP, and HACCP principles.
*
Strong communication skills and a team-focused mind set.
