QC Laboratory Technician

Location - Evesham, Worcestershire
Salary: £30,500 per annum
Permanent | Full-time
Shift Pattern: 2x 12 hour days, 2x 12 hour nights, 5 days off

We are recruiting a QC Laboratory Technician to support quality assurance activities at a busy manufacturing site in Evesham. This role is ideal for someone with a scientific or technical background who enjoys hands-on lab work and working closely with production teams.

Key Duties

Carry out quality control testing on production orders
Perform in-process quality checks and confirm process compliance
Make quality-based decisions on product release
Manage retained samples and maintain quality records
Support investigations into quality issues and non-conformance's
Participate in internal audits
Calibrate laboratory equipment
Prepare and issue Certificates of Analysis (CoA)
Work with Operations and Planning to support efficient productionRequirements

A-levels (or equivalent) in science, technology, or engineering
Experience in a laboratory, QC, or manufacturing environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and good computer skills
