The QHSE and Facilities Manager will oversee quality, health, safety, and environmental standards while managing facilities operations within the FMCG industry. Description The QSHE and Facilities Manager will be responsible for the following: Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies and procedures in line with industry standards. Oversee day-to-day facilities management to ensure smooth operations. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with service providers for repairs and upkeep. Lead internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols. Provide training and guidance to staff on health, safety, and environmental practices. Develop and maintain records for audits, inspections, and incidents. Collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Profile A successful QHSE and Facilities Manager should have: A strong understanding of QHSE standards and regulations within the FMCG industry.
