You are tasked with the responsibility for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and monitoring health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations. This role involves conducting risk assessments, providing safety training, and collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain compliance with safety standards across the group.
Key responsibilities & deliverables of the role will be given by one of our dedicated team over the phone.
The QHSE Coordinator will be assigned tasks in line with the overall company strategy and will have objectives set out by the QHSE Manager.
Duties will include Health and Safety, Quality and process control, with the focus on adherence to all regulatory requirements and company procedures. The QHSE Coordinator may be involved with Operational Excellence improvement teams and will act in a supportive manner to aid continuous improvement.
Key Duties: Develop and implement ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 over the Group.
* Responsible for assisting in operating a safe and quality focused working environment
* Responsible for ensuring our quality standards are always adhered to throughout the departments
* Ensuring the associated quality documentation is complete and accurate
* Carry out daily quality checks on the line, across all production departments
* Preparation of monthly reports (Quality and Health and Safety) for analysis by QHSE Manager and review by Management Team
* Participate in the undertaking risk assessments and CI procedures
* Planning and conducting regular internal audits
* Creating and updating relevant documents continuously

* Communication: conveying information clearly and accurately to and from team members, and manager. Excellent presentation, listening, verbal and written skills.
* Achievement Focused: through working effectively with others to achieve results while taking personal responsibility and ownership to deliver results and execute plans in a timely and accurate manner, using appropriately the resources of company. Being conscientious in monitoring the quality and detail of their personal work, in a timely and accurate manner.
* Environmental, Health and Safety, Risk and compliance: To be committed to and champion a strong QHSE Culture on site which includes ensuring that safety performance indicators are regularly reviewed and addressed accordingly
Person Specification
· Qualified ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 Auditor or Quality Management Qualification is hugely desirable
· Experience of working at a manufacturing business with a strong emphasis on quality assurance
· NEBOSH Certified
· Experience in working with Lean Manufacturing techniquesBefore You Apply
