Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, site inspections, and incident investigations.
Ensure ongoing compliance with health & safety legislation, environmental regulations, and customer quality standards.
Promote a proactive safety culture and support continuous improvement across departments.
Deliver training and toolbox talks to raise awareness and maintain high QHSE standards.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records, and support external audits as required.
Report on QHSE performance and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in a QHSE role within manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or a similar environment.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
Experience in audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g. HSE, COSHH, RIDDOR).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage staff at all levels.
NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) preferred.
Internal or lead auditor qualification (desirable).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
