Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Bromley. This is a full-time, office-based role covering a wide range of works in both roofing and general building projects. The successful candidate will have experience working within the social housing and local authority sectors, with the ability to manage projects from small works (e.g., one-off kitchens and bathrooms) to larger projects up to £500,000 in value. 🔹 Key Requirements * Strong experience as a QS within social housing and local authority projects. * Ability to handle projects ranging from £1,000 to £500,000. * Experience in both small works (kitchens/bathrooms) and large-scale roofing & construction projects. * Contractually strong with in-depth knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts. * Estimating experience is a strong advantage. * Broad experience across roofing and all types of building works. 🔹 What We Offer * Full-time, permanent role (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm). * Competitive salary – to be discussed during an informal chat. * Holiday allowance + bank holidays paid. * Clear opportunities for career progression within a growing company.
