QHSE Officer
Location: Attleborough
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000
Overview
An excellent opportunity for a QHSE Advisor or similar to step up into a QHSE Officer role. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety standards, while promoting a strong safety culture across factory and farm operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain H&S and Environmental systems, policies, and risk assessments
Lead audits (internal/external) and liaise with regulatory bodies
Support QMS and Food Safety compliance
Provide HSE advice and guidance across the business
Deliver inductions, training, and Safety Committee meetings
Produce monthly QHSE reports and drive continuous improvement
Conduct audits, inspections, and accident investigations
Support managers in identifying and reducing risks
Requirements
Experience in HSE within manufacturing
Knowledge of risk, COSHH, and PUWER assessments
Experience delivering training
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
NEBOSH Certificate (desirable)
Internal Audit qualification (desirable)
