QTS Primary Teacher – Aston | September 2025 Start

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Aston area, seeking a qualified and passionate Primary Teacher (QTS) to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time position suitable for both experienced teachers and confident ECTs.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
*
Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed
*
Establish and maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
*
Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
*
Collaborate with SENCO and support staff to meet the needs of pupils with SEN
*
Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school community
*
Participate in staff meetings, CPD opportunities, and contribute to whole-school development
Requirements:

UK-recognised Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
*
Recent classroom experience in a UK primary setting
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
*
Genuine passion for education and supporting pupils of all abilities
*
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
