Job Description
This small, supportive firm of accountants has an opportunity for a qualified accountant to join their team. The practice supports a diverse range of business and individual clients, delivering accounts and tax services with a strong emphasis on personal service and long-term client relationships.
This client-focused, director-led practice values integrity, collaboration and tailored financial support. They pride themselves on offering clear advice and dependable service across all stages of business life - from start-up through to succession planning - as well as for personal tax and compliance matters.
As a key member of the team, the successful applicant will manage a portfolio of clients and take ownership of delivering accounts and tax services, while maintaining strong relationships and a proactive service approach.
What will the Qualified Accountant role involve?
Managing a portfolio of clients delivering accounts and tax compliance services.
Direct client interaction: agreeing deadlines, running meetings, handling queries and maintaining excellent communication.
Maintaining a high standard of service and technical accuracy in all client assignments.
Suitable Candidate for the Qualified Accountant vacancy:
ACA or ACCA qualified with experience in practice.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, supportive approach to client work.
Comfortable managing deadlines, queries and client expectations independently.
A team player who supports others and contributes positively to the working environment.
