CMA Recruitment Group is looking for a qualified accountant with ambitions to grow with a dynamic and expanding local firm. This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious, independent practice based in Fareham, experiencing strong growth both organically and through acquisition. What will the Qualified Accountant role involve?
Managing a portfolio of SME clients across varied sectors
Preparing statutory accounts, management accounts, and related services
Supporting and reviewing work of 2 junior team members
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships
Contributing to the firm’s growth strategy and internal process improvement
Long-term opportunity to step into a manager position as the team expands
Suitable Candidate for the Qualified Accountant vacancy:
ACA / ACCA qualified with experience in an accountancy practice
Confident managing accounts preparation and client communication
Comfortable reviewing work and guiding junior team members
Ambitious and commercially aware, with a desire to grow into management
Willing to get involved in wider business development and firm growth
Positive, proactive and eager to be part of a growing, close-knit team
