Qualified Construction Teacher – Secondary School – Rotherham
Milk Education are recruiting for a passionate and skilled Qualified Construction Teacher to join a secondary school in Rotherham on a long-term basis starting in January.
You’ll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking school that values inclusivity, respect, and opportunity for all. This is an exciting role for an experienced or newly qualified teacher who wants to inspire the next generation of young people pursuing a career in construction and the trades.
What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:
Delivering engaging and practical lessons in Construction, tailored to a range of learning abilities
Planning, preparing, and assessing work to ensure all students make progress
Promoting positive behaviour and fostering a safe, inclusive classroom environment
Supporting students in developing both their theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills
Essential Qualifications:
Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Recent and relevant experience delivering Construction within a secondary or further education setting
Strong subject knowledge across key construction principles and safety standards
A genuine passion for inspiring and motivating students to achieve their potential
