Job Description
Qualified Electrician – Domestic Heating & Hot Water Systems
Our client is seeking a qualified electrician with experience in domestic heating and hot water systems to join their team.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for attending properties to conduct electrical testing and remedial works. The ideal candidate will be a qualified electrical engineer with hands-on experience in domestic heating and hot water systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) following assessments of electrical installations in properties
* Perform periodic testing and wiring installations for new heating systems across a range of domestic and commercial properties
* Deliver high levels of customer care when interacting with clients and tenants, ensuring quality standards are met
* Communicate progress and updates, completing all required documentation both electronically and manually
* Adhere to Health and Safety legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records
* Follow stock ordering and auditing procedures to ensure necessary parts are available for job completion
