The Role – EYFS / Reception Supply Teacher:
We are seeking Qualified Teachers (QTS essential) with a background in EYFS/Reception, who can inspire and support young learners through a play-based, structured, and phonics-led approach.
Whether you're looking for day-to-day, short-term, or long-term roles – including Maternity or Sickness Cover – we’d love to hear from you.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant EYFS teaching experience
Have solid phonics training and delivery experience (e.g. Letters and Sounds, Read Write Inc., Jolly Phonics or equivalent)
Be confident planning and delivering engaging phonics sessions that support early reading and literacy development
Show deep knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development
Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management strategies suited to early years
Be nurturing, calm, and patient, with a strong commitment to inclusive education
Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and school teams
