About the Role
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 2 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our welcoming nursery team based in the heart of Marylebone.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced practitioners to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
Assist in the observation, assessment, and recording of children’s development.
Build warm and trusting relationships with children and their families.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and inclusive environment.
Follow all nursery policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.
Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development through positive interactions.
Requirements
Level 2 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
A genuine passion for working with young children.
Knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to complete training).
