Bank Nursery Practitioner - Level 3+ (Southampton & Hampshire)

About the role:
As a Bank Nursery Practitioner, you'll step into nurseries when extra cover is needed. You'll be helping to create safe, stimulating and nurturing environments where children can thrive, supporting with activities, routines, and care.
What we're looking for:
Level 3 childcare qualification (or above)
Experience working in an early years setting
A positive, flexible attitude and a genuine passion for childcare
Ability to quickly build relationships with children, parents and staff
