Nursery Practitioner - Level 2 or Level 3
Location: Watford
Full-time - 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Are you a caring, motivated, and enthusiastic early years professional looking to join a warm and supportive team? We're looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly nursery in Watford.
About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a key role in providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5 years, following the EYFS framework. You'll plan engaging activities, support children's learning and development, and work closely with parents and colleagues to ensure every child thrives.
What We're Looking For
✅ Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
✅ Experience working with children within the EYFS age group
✅ A genuine passion for childcare and early education
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ A current DBS or willingness to apply for one (DBS fee refundable after 20 working days)
