We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and high-quality early years setting in Newham. Key Responsibilities - Qualified Nursery Practitioner
As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will:
Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
Deliver high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework
Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Support children's communication, language, and social skills
Ensure safeguarding, health, and welfare requirements are always met
Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery
Requirements - What We Are Looking For
Essential Criteria
Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 or above)
Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Practitioner, or Childcare Practitioner
Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing
Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Right to work in the UK
