Qualified Nursery Practitioner – Bishops Stortford
Full-Time | Level 2 & Level 3 Childcare Practitioners
Pay: From £13.69 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)

This position is full-time and offers guaranteed weekly work through TeacherActive, one of the UK’s leading education recruitment agencies. You’ll be working across all rooms in the nursery, supporting children aged 0–5 years, so confidence, flexibility, and strong childcare knowledge are essential.
Although this is an immediate start, candidates with notice periods are still encouraged to apply — interviews can be arranged in advance with the nursery.
There is parking available on-site, and the setting is easily accessible by public transport.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education / Childcare (or equivalent)
Proven experience working with children aged 0–5 years in a nursery or early years setting
A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
The ability to plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative, passionate team
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children
An up-to-date DBS (or willingness to obtain one through TeacherActive)
