Your new role
Delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5
Supporting the nursery's curriculum intent and aspirations
Creating a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment
Leading your room team with confidence and professionalism
Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Ensuring compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and SEN legislation
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years Childcare (Level 3 preferred)
Previous experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as a room leader
Sound understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and SEN frameworks
Flexible, proactive, and willing to take on varied responsibilities
Excellent communication and team-building skills
