Qualified Nursery Practitioners - Full Time & Bank Staff
Locations: Watford * Hemel Hempstead * St Albans * Bushey and surrounading areas.
Are you passionate about early years education and making a difference in young children's lives?
We're looking for enthusiastic and caring Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our growing team! We have both full-time and bank (flexible) roles available across our lovely nurseries in and around Watford, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, and Bushey.
About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll support children's learning and development through play, creativity, and exploration. You'll follow the EYFS framework to plan engaging activities, maintain high standards of care, and work as part of a friendly, dedicated team.
Requirements
✅ Essential:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience working with EYFS-age children
Good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
A positive, proactive, and caring attitude
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
🧾 DBS Requirement:
Must hold a current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one.
A refund for the DBS fee is provided after 20 days of working with us.
