Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Childcare Nursery Practitioner level 3 and above to join our dynamic team. Our new and vibrant setting includes a charming back garden, friendly staff, and enhanced staff ratios to ensure optimal care for our children.
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Duties
* Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
* Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging
* Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
* Observe and assess children's development, identifying any areas of concern
* Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support children's individual needs
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
* Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
* Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children
Qualifications:
* Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
* Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
* Knowledge of child development theories and practices
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Paediatric First Aid
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
